  Got phone call stating pet was overdue for injection, Gave pet an injection without advising cost which worked out 3 times more expensive than her current coverage. Was advised later that it wasn’t necessary and that her current preventative would of covered it. Got given a $300 bill to pay for something that wasn’t even required and told that it’s too late as pet was given injection. Staff member was rude and would definitely not recommend anyone taking their pets here.
